Curriculum & Programs

Our curriculum is based on the Montessori philosophy of education, which emphasizes hands-on learning, self-directed exploration, and a focus on the whole child.

The Montessori Primary Program focuses on the growth of children between 2.5 years and 6 years of age in a specially prepared mixed-age Montessori Environment.

The Primary program is Preschool through Kindergarten age children and consists of five main areas: 
Practical Life
Sensorial
Language Art 
Math
Physical, Cultural & Natural Worlds.

 

At Jasmine Montessori, we offer a range of programs tailored to meet each child’s needs at every stage of their development. Our programs include Infants, toddlers, preschool, and elementary after-school programs designed to provide a holistic education that nurtures the whole child. We offer before and after-school care, summer camps, and enrichment programs that allow children to explore their interests and develop new skills.

Jasmine Montessori is happy to offer multiple after-school classes for all- age children. These classes, mainly offered by third parties, offer enrichment in such areas as sports, Somali Language, etc.

Young 3’s – Part Time

Your young 3’s is rapidly developing into a competent, independent child ready to take on new challenges. Our excellent program is designed to meet the independent and curious nature of our youngest students.

Old 3’s – Part Time

4’s & 5’s – Full Time

After School Activities

Provides year-round before and after-school childcare.

 

 

 We understand that Families may need to leave their child with us before and after school hours. We are open from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm. Our After-School Program is run in a separate room with play-based materials and games. The children play outside, have a snack and play with games, puzzles and toys.

We also offer many After-School Enrichment Classes and age-appropriate activities for the Primary Students.
